Falsch angeschlossen?

    Hallo , folgendes Problem!.

    Zum ersten ,Trude startet nicht wenn Lichtschalter auf aus steht , so bald das Licht auf on steht startet sie auch .Zum zweiten beim Bremsen Fuß/Hand funktioniert das Bremslicht nicht. Wenn der Lichtschalter in der Mitte steht flackert das Licht vorne , hinten ist es okay. Drücke ich denn Schalter komplett nach links funktioniert das Licht so wie es soll.Es wurden vom Vorbesitzer Lauftlichtblinker verbaut, könnte es damit zusammen hängen ?.

    Habe dir ausführlichen dazu im IF geantwortet vor 10 Minuten, wo du einen identischen Thread unter anderen Nickname und VL800 Motorrad hinterlegt geschrieben hast.

    Sounds very much like a wiring issue rather than something mechanical. The fact that it only starts with the light switched on suggests that something in the circuit has been modified or miswired, possibly by the previous owner. The running indicators could definitely play a role, especially if they were integrated into the lighting circuit.

    The brake light not working from both switches also points in that direction, maybe a bad ground or a missing connection. I’d start by checking the wiring around the light switch and any added components. Sometimes people splice things in without proper planning and it causes exactly these kinds of strange symptoms.

    A wiring diagram for your model would really help here.
